FrontDeskAnswer ("we", "us", "our") operates frontdeskanswer.com. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

What we collect

• Account information: your name and email address when you register.
• Phone and SMS information: mobile numbers you provide to receive missed-call lead alerts and related dispatcher texts, plus SMS opt-in and consent status.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and timestamps.
• Website measurement: pseudonymous homepage experiment events such as page views, clicks, scroll milestones, and setup progress. We do not record form contents, phone numbers, verification codes, or session replay for this measurement.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We never store your card details.

How we use your information

• To provide and improve our service.
• To evaluate homepage designs and understand where visitors choose to begin or stop setup.
• To send transactional emails (account, billing).
• To send SMS messages you opted into, such as missed-call lead and dispatcher alerts.
• To respond to your support requests.

Text messaging and mobile information

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

You may opt out of SMS at any time. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Stripe for payment processing
• Resend for transactional email delivery
• Telnyx for voice and SMS delivery

Data retention

We retain account data as long as your account is active. Raw pseudonymous homepage measurement events are retained for up to 90 days. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Privacy choices

You can turn off nonessential homepage measurement at any time using the Privacy choices link in our site footer. This stops future measurement for that browser; it does not remove events already collected. Contact us to request deletion.
